The Joint Consultation Committee aims to:
To establish a framework for coorperation between management and employees in order to involve employees in working with organizational goals and strategy.
To determine personnel policy frameworks that promote skills development and motivate the department staff towards higher performance and department goals.
To help create the best possible working conditions and working environment.
The committee acts according to the overall rules of procedure of the Joint Consultation Committee at Aalborg University.
