“On Tuesday, we had a follow-up meeting with the Working Environment Authority on our consultancy notice.
In short, they decided to drop the consultancy notice for our department. This is truly great news since it indicates our working environment is developing in the right direction. A direction, you have and are contributing to – thank you.
However, from my perspective, it does not signifies we have reached the finishing line. We have to ensure we are continuing in this direction by keeping it a top priority. With no notice hanging over our heads, my hope is that more great initiatives will grow in the department and we will experience continuously improvements. “
