The Dean will be able to grant access to experimental work in our laboratories when this is absolutely critical for a project. We can apply for access once a week.
This is how it works
- Write a mail to Kjeld Pedersen with cc to HR (kp@mp.aau.dk, hr@mp.aau.dk)
- Ask for access for the coming week before Thursday 12.00
- Specify where (Fib 14 or Skjernvej)
- Specify which days (we count whole days)
- Give a description of what you want to do and why it is critical
- Specify the need for technical support (make agreement with TAP)
If you need to go to your office to pick up something, you can ask for permission any time during the week, but it has to be registered and approved. Also here you specify date and purpose.
