organisation and tasks of AMiU
The Working environment organisation is the place where we develop and ensure a good working environment at the department within the framework of the Working Environment Act and AAU's own occupational health and safety organization (find more information in the AAU handbook.
At MP we are organized into four Working Environment Groups, which handles the daily operational tasks and a Work Environment Committee (AMIU), which supports the Working Environment Groups and handles the common and strategic tasks.
The Working Environment Groups consist of the Head of section/group and an elected occupational health and safety representative (AMR).
The Working Environment Committee consists of one AMR from each group, the Head of Department and one executive representative appointed by the Head of Department.
